Women’s History Month
As another March winds down and turns into April, we find ourselves reflecting on Women’s History Month and its significance. It was established in 1987 to be a celebration of women’s efforts across the nation to make the world a better place for females. Some of the more famous American females are Louisa May Alcott, Clara Barton, Amelia Earhart, Grace Hopper, Sandra Day O’Connor, and Harriet Tubman to name only a few.
Our reflections also include thinking about how blessed we are throughout AutoStar Family Dealerships to have so many amazing women in EVERY part of our company; Finance Manager, Cashiers, Business Development, Service Writer, Warranty Administration, Billing, Title/Tag, Office Manager, Receptionist, Courier, BDC Manager, Marketing, and Accounts Payable and receivable. As you can see, women not only work here, they manage our business as well. Each of the ladies in each position is not there due to a mandate or a quota. They are the very best person for the position and they each excel daily, helping our company using their work ethic, morals, knowledge, and desire to be the best personally and for our company.
Our ladies are at the forefront of the success of our business 365 days a year. We see daily the importance of each of these ladies and what they do all year long to guarantee our success. THANK YOU LADIES for all you do not only this month but every month!
